Vaughan faced the challenge of creating a tool that would not only allow students to easily access educational information but also provide personalized and proactive assistance to create a unique engagement with their students. Foqum, through its conversational assistant algorithms, developed a comprehensive solution for Vaughan, starting with the creation of an indexed database from the existing educational content and adapted to the specific required flow.
