FOQUM ANALYTICS S.L.’s Data Protection Policy is based on the principle of proactive responsibility, under which the Data Controller must ensure compliance with the applicable regulatory and jurisprudential framework and be able to demonstrate such compliance to supervisory authorities.

Purpose of Processing: What will we use your data for?

All data provided by our clients and/or visitors on FOQUM ANALYTICS S.L.’s website or directly to its staff will be incorporated into a personal data processing register created and maintained under the responsibility of FOQUM ANALYTICS S.L. Such data is essential to provide the services requested by users or to respond to enquiries raised by our visitors. Our policy is not to create profiles based on the data of users of our services.
